Recently, Sure Origin Group welcomed a customer from Brazil to our factory for a technical inspection of our copper aluminum radiator recycling plant.
The customer has been engaged in scrap metal recycling for many years and is planning to expand their business by processing discarded air conditioner radiators, automobile radiators, and other copper-aluminum heat exchangers. To better understand the recycling process and evaluate potential equipment suppliers, they arranged a visit to our factory.
During the visit, our engineering team introduced the complete recycling process, from radiator feeding and crushing to the final separation of copper and aluminum. We explained how the production line is designed to maximize metal recovery while reducing material loss and maintaining stable operation.
To help the customer better understand the equipment, we arranged a live demonstration of the production line. The customer observed the operation of each machine, inspected the separated copper and aluminum, and discussed processing efficiency with our engineers. They also asked questions about different radiator sizes, blade replacement, equipment maintenance, and production capacity.
The customer then visited our manufacturing workshop, where they inspected machine fabrication, assembly, electrical installation, and final testing procedures. Our team explained how every machine is checked before shipment to ensure reliable performance at the customer's site.
Following the factory tour, both sides held a technical meeting to discuss the customer's project in greater detail. The discussion covered raw material conditions, expected production capacity, factory layout, power requirements, and after-sales service. Based on the customer's recycling needs, our engineers recommended a suitable equipment configuration and provided practical suggestions for future production planning.
The customer shared that the visit gave them a much clearer understanding of the equipment and Sure Origin Group's manufacturing capabilities. After returning to Brazil, they will review the project with their management team and continue discussions regarding the next stage of cooperation.
