Application: Wet type copper wire granulator is one of the solutions for waste cables recycling, which using water separation method. Can recycle both Copper and Aluminum wires, which are oil polluted. The diameter of wires or cables should be below 20mm.
Wet type copper wire granulator is specializing for all kinds of scrap copper wires or cables, which are oil polluted. The wires or cables’ diameter should be below 20mm, the scrap copper wires and cables can be crushed by this machine firstly, then the copper will be separated from PVC plastic by water vibrating machine(shaking table) . This machine is effective for recycling copper and PVC plastic from scrap/waste copper wires/cables . when processing the scrap/waste copper wires/cables, also has no dust, no environmental pollution.

It is used to crush all of cables into particles,Integrated structure design, small occupied area. And Water cooling system in crusher to avoid over heat to prolong production time. Good quality of SKD-11 alloy blades, the processing hardness is HR58.
Water vibration separator(wet separating shaking table) uses the difference in the proportion of the selected minerals, the differential movement provided by the bedside, the sloped water flow and different types of bed strips, so that the grain group is loosely layered on the bed surface, selectively transported, and a fan-shaped ribbon is formed on the bed surface, thus separate different products.
