Aluminum-plastic waste(aluminum plastic plate, medical blister, etc.) recycling system is used to separate aluminum powder and plastics powder from aluminum plastics composite plate and medical packages.
Aluminum powder can be sold directly to the aluminum reclamation plants and fireworks and firecrackers plants, the PVC powder also can be sold in the market as the re-process materials.

Aluminum-plastic waste recycling system allows a continuous industrial-scale process for separating aluminum and polyethylene/plastic. Aluminum composite panel(ACP) recycling plant adopts advanced metal recovery process, integrating technologies to recover metal (aluminum) and plastic from aluminium foil packaging waste and plastic-aluminum composite materials etc. The newly-designed crusher, powder mill and electrostatic separation machine can reach high metal recovery/purity rate.
The whole system is composed of plastic crusher, grinding mill, dust collector, vibrating screen, electrostatic separator and other equipments.
