The PCB board recycling machine is used to process the separation of metal and non-metal in waste printed circuit boards, copper clad laminate, circuit boards and leftover materials, then reuse the copper and resin powder. The equipment uses high voltage separator to make the separation more fine, effectively control the loss of nonferrous metals,. The separation rate of air separation equipment is up to 99%.

PCB recycling machine is designed specially for recycling e -waste circuit boards to into metals and nonmetal materials ,It can be used to recycle scrap printed circuit boards, CCL (copper-clad plate), the leftover materials from the PCB , computer boards, TV boards, and the waste motherboards generated from all kinds of electric appliance.
Our PCB recycling system adopts dry type and physical crushing, separation and dedusting methods, which can keep no pollution to the environment. And the high pressure electrostatic separation combined with air separation process, which can purify approximately 99% metal powder .
The Waste PCB circuit board recycling system consists of shredding system, milling system, sorting system and dust collection system, the whole process is controlled by PLC. The first crushing machine we choose the double shafts shredder, and the second crushing machine we use the hammer crusher, and the third crushing machine we use the high speed turbine grinding machine, the material after shredding, crushing and grinding will be separated by the air separator and the electrostatic separator.
1. Suitable structure and layout, stable performance and recycling water is used to control temperature and reduce noise in the grinder;
2. PLC system makes it easier to control the whole line, the negative pressure feeding system prevent the dust from running out;
3. Feedback system makes the grind much more effective;
4. The separation rate of air separator can reach 97% and the separation rate of pulse dust cleaning device can reach 99%;
5. Electrostatic separator makes the higher and quicker separation, moreover gets more non-ferrous metal;
6. With the magnetic separator, the iron can be separated from other metals.
