Hubei Customer Visits Sure Origin Group for On-Site Testing of High-Voltage Electrostatic Separator

Today, a customer from Hubei province visited our factory to test the performance of our sorting equipment. Having previously seen our machines online and been impressed by their effectiveness, he was eager to determine whether they could successfully process his specific materials. The customer personally brought a large bag of crushed aluminum-plastic composite panels and arrived at our Zhengzhou facility by train at 8:00 AM.

Upon arrival, our technical team carefully examined the materials. The composition was notably complex, containing crushed aluminum-plastic panels along with various contaminants such as glass fragments and copper wire. The customer's initial goal was to use a high-voltage electrostatic separator to directly separate the aluminum from the plastic. However, after a professional assessment, we advised against immediate testing. Our analysis revealed two key issues: first, the material had only undergone primary crushing and required further grinding to achieve the optimal particle size for electrostatic separation; second, the presence of impurities like glass and copper would significantly interfere with the separation process and needed to be removed first.

Following our recommendations, we implemented a systematic processing approach. We began by using a linear vibrating screen to pre-process the materials. This equipment efficiently separated fine particles, including dust and glass powder, from the larger fragments through multi-layer screening. Once the material was purified, we processed it through a grinding mill to achieve the granular consistency necessary for complete aluminum-plastic liberation. The ground material was then fed into the high-voltage electrostatic separator. Within just 10 minutes, the machine achieved complete separation of aluminum from plastic, demonstrating exceptional efficiency and precision.

The customer was particularly impressed by our technical expertise and transparent approach.
