Indian Customer Visited Sure Origin Group to Inspect Lithium Battery Recycling Plant

Last week, we were happy to welcome a customer from India to Sure Origin Group. The purpose of the visit was to learn more about our Lithium Battery Recycling Plant, see the equipment running in person, and discuss their recycling project.

The customer has been studying the lithium battery recycling business for some time. Before making a final investment decision, they wanted to visit the factory, understand how the Lithium Battery Recycling Plant works, and meet our engineering team face to face.

Factory Tour

We first showed the customer around our production workshop, where they could see how the machines are manufactured and assembled. Our engineers introduced the main equipment used in the Lithium Battery Recycling Plant, including the shredder, crusher, air separator, magnetic separator, vibrating screen, grinder, and black mass collection system.

The customer asked many practical questions about machine maintenance, wearing parts, and daily operation. Instead of only looking at brochures, they wanted to understand how the equipment performs in real production.

Watching the Lithium Battery Recycling Plant in Operation

The most important part of the visit was the live machine demonstration.

The customer watched the Lithium Battery Recycling Plant process real battery materials from shredding to final separation. During the test, our engineers explained each step and showed how copper, aluminum, black mass, and other materials are separated.

The customer paid close attention to the purity of the black mass, the recovery of copper and aluminum, and the dust collection system. They were also interested in how the line maintains stable operation throughout the process.

Seeing the Lithium Battery Recycling Plant running helped them better understand the entire recycling process than videos or photos could.

Technical Discussion

After the machine test, we sat down together for a technical discussion.

We talked about different battery types, production capacity, plant layout, power consumption, and future expansion plans. Since every recycling project is different, we also discussed how the Lithium Battery Recycling Plant can be customized according to different raw materials and customer requirements.

Our engineers shared several practical suggestions based on previous project experience, which the customer found very helpful.

We believe that face-to-face communication is always the best way to build trust. Instead of simply discussing specifications online, visiting the factory allows customers to see the equipment, meet the engineers, and ask questions directly.
