The clients are planning to launch a formal copper wire recycling project in South Korea, and they have strict requirements on equipment stability, processing capacity and recycling efficiency to meet local market operation standards.
The core demand of the Japanese customers is a stable processing capacity of 400kg per hour for waste copper wire recycling. To help them intuitively verify the equipment performance, our professional technical team arranged a full-process on-site machine test with real waste copper wire materials. During the test, the 500-model copper wires recycle machine operated stably with high copper separation rate and low energy consumption, fully exceeding the clients’ expected indicators.
After witnessing the actual operation effect, stable mechanical performance and exquisite manufacturing technology of our equipment, the two Japanese clients spoke highly of our product quality and factory strength. They confirmed that our 500-model machine perfectly matches their 400kg/h production demand and Korean project layout. Finally, the clients formally decided to purchase 2 sets of 500-model copper wires recycle machines. This cooperation marks another successful layout of TM Machine’s recycling equipment in the Korean market and further expands our overseas influence in the metal recycling industry.
