This week, Sure Origin Group welcomed three customers from Paraguay to our factory for an on site visit focused on a PCB recycling machine with a processing capacity of 500 kg per hour. The visit was the result of steady communication and many practical discussions. The customers wanted to understand how a PCB recycling machine would work in real daily production, including its limits and the challenges that come with electronic waste recycling.
The first contact started through an email inquiry. The customers introduced their background in scrap trading and electronic waste collection. In Paraguay, they mainly collect mixed waste circuit boards from household electronics and small industrial equipment. Their biggest concern was whether a PCB recycling machine could maintain stable output at 500 kg per hour when the quality of incoming material is not always consistent. Sure Origin Group spent time asking about their material composition, sorting level, and labor situation.

After several online meetings, both sides agreed that a factory visit would be necessary. Before their arrival, Sure Origin Group prepared test materials similar to what they handle locally and adjusted the PCB recycling machine to realistic working conditions. When the customers arrived, we started the visit with a walk through the workshop. They wanted to see the assembly process, the welding quality, and how the machines are tested before delivery. This helped them better understand the working standards of Sure Origin Group.
During the live demonstration of the PCB recycling machine, some challenges became clear. Different PCB thicknesses affected separation results, and the customers questioned whether this would create extra labor. Sure Origin Group stopped the line and explained how parameter adjustments and pre sorting could improve performance, while also being honest about the limitations. Another issue was dust management, especially important for indoor operation. We demonstrated the dust collection system and discussed real maintenance needs rather than ideal scenarios.
The discussion then moved to layout planning and operator training. The customers shared that skilled labor is limited in their area. Sure Origin Group explained how the PCB recycling machine can be operated with basic training and suggested a simple layout that fits their available space.
The visit ended with clear next steps. The Paraguayan customers left with a realistic understanding of the PCB recycling machine and how it could fit into their project. For Sure Origin Group, this visit was about building trust through transparency and practical problem solving, not just selling equipment.
