After speaking with the customer and understanding his needs, I immediately arranged a visit to our factory. He was also asked to bring his materials so I could personally test the machine on-site. The customer was very cooperative and booked his train ticket to our factory within a week, bringing about 20 kilograms of PCBs for testing.
We demonstrated the entire machine's workflow to the customer, from startup to material feeding, component disassembly, and desoldering. During this process, we answered his questions, such as how to operate the machine, how to control the temperature, and how to unload materials, clearly demonstrating our professionalism. This earned the customer's approval and high praise. Ultimately, the customer took all the desoldered components with him, leaving the original components at our factory. He immediately signed an order for a 1000 model disassembly machine to be shipped back to Chengdu.
The desoldering process was particularly satisfying for the customer. 8% of the solder content on their PCB boards was completely removed, achieving a desoldering rate of 99.9%.
