Today, two Indian customers, Ibiza and Kumar, contacted us wanting to purchase a copper wire recycling machine.
They sent us a video of a copper wire recycling machine (model 600) operating in a factory owned by a friend in Saudi Arabia. They contacted us saying they wanted the exact same machine as in the video. However, the machine in the video wasn't purchased from our factory; the Saudi customers bought it from another manufacturer, but they had been misled because the manufacturer claimed it could achieve a production capacity of 600 kg/hour. When we learned this, we were shocked and immediately explained to the customers that the model 600 copper wire recycling machine can only reach a maximum of 300 kg/hour because the crusher has a power of only 30 kW and doesn't have a shredder for acceleration. This is the most accurate data; we've tested it numerous times. We also sent the customers a video of our machine, which is the exact same shredder model and power as the machine the Saudi customers bought. Therefore, their machine can only achieve a maximum production capacity of 300 kg/hour, or even less. After explaining things clearly to the customer, they placed great trust in us and praised our professionalism.

During their factory tour, the customer noticed our high-voltage electrostatic separator and inquired about its function. We first explained that not every machine needs a high-voltage electrostatic separator due to its high cost; it's designed for customers requiring high-purity secondary separation. A copper wire recovery machine equipped with a high-voltage electrostatic separator can achieve a copper recovery rate of over 99.5%, maximizing profits and minimizing losses—an essential choice for high-volume customers looking to maximize profits. Furthermore, our multiple tests have shown that the high-voltage electrostatic separator is highly efficient, processing over 500 kg of copper wire particles per hour. We connected the machine on-site and demonstrated it to the customer. Using materials from our workshop, the purity was extremely high after testing, leaving the customer very satisfied. They also wanted to add a high-voltage electrostatic separator to their equipment. Our machines are available in single-roller, double-roller, and triple-roller configurations, with lengths of 1200mm, 1500mm, and 1800mm. Based on the client's needs, we ultimately recommended the 1500-2 model, which was the most suitable for them, and the client was very satisfied.
On their way out, the client mentioned that they would visit again, as they have a very large demand in India and hope that this cooperation will open up our channels. More orders and services await us in the future. We also expressed our deepest gratitude to the client for their trust and support.
