Indian Clients Visit Sure Origin Group to Inspect Solar Panel Recycling Machine

This week, Sure Origin Group welcomed two clients from India to its factory to inspect their solar panel recycling machine. The clients had previously communicated online to learn about the equipment, and this visit was primarily to confirm the effectiveness of the crushing and sorting solution in actual operation and whether it suited their current processing needs.

The clients operate a waste solar panel recycling business in India, possessing a stable source of retired modules. Their main challenge lies in insufficient back-end processing capacity. Previously, they relied mainly on manual dismantling, which could only simply separate the aluminum frames, lacking effective methods for processing the glass and internal materials. Therefore, they hoped to introduce a solar panel recycling machine centered on crushing and sorting.

On the day of their visit, the clients first toured the workshop and equipment assembly area, focusing on understanding the equipment structure, production process, and key component configuration. Following this, a testing phase was conducted, demonstrating the machine using different types of solar panels, including complete modules and some severely aged panels.

During the operation of the solar panel recycling machine, the clients focused on the crushing effect and sorting results. After crushing, the machine enters the sorting stage, separating glass, metal, and other materials. During testing, different panel types showed slight differences in performance during the crushing stage. Technicians adjusted the feeding rhythm and parameters based on the actual situation and explained the impact of different materials on the final result.

During the solution discussion, the client also raised the issue of limited plant space. In response, Sure Origin Group adjusted the layout of the solar panel recycling machine based on the client's site dimensions, adopting a relatively compact crushing and sorting combination while reserving space for future expansion.

Before the visit concluded, both parties further confirmed the equipment configuration, processing capacity, and installation conditions. The client gained a more intuitive understanding of the crushing and sorting solution and clarified how the equipment would be applied in their project. This visit focused on confirming the details of the solution, laying the foundation for subsequent progress.
