US Clients Visit Sure Origin Group to Inspect Copper Wire Recycling Machine Equipment

This week, Sure Origin Group welcomed two clients from the United States who came to our factory to visit our copper wires recycling machine. Rather than simply communicating online, the clients wanted to see the equipment in operation firsthand, which was the main purpose of their visit.

The communication for this collaboration began about a month ago. The clients mainly recycle waste cables and wires, handling a variety of materials, including single-strand copper wire, multi-core cables, and mixed wires with different plastic sheaths. Previously, they relied primarily on manual sorting and simple equipment, resulting in inconsistent efficiency and rising labor costs. Therefore, they began considering introducing a stable copper wires recycling machine.

In the initial communication, the clients were most concerned not with the specifications, but with the actual results, such as the cleanliness of copper separation, whether the equipment was prone to jamming, and the complexity of daily maintenance. To address these concerns, Sure Origin Group prepared various types of waste wires for on-site testing before the clients' visit.

Upon arrival, we first gave them a tour of the production workshop. Rather than simply observing the finished equipment's operation, they were more interested in how the equipment was built, including the material of the cutting tools, the motor configuration, and the overall structure. During the process, they raised many detailed questions, such as whether screen replacement was necessary for different wire diameters and the wear and tear after long-term operation.

Following this, an on-site test of the copper wires recycling machine was conducted. During the test, the equipment operated relatively smoothly, but when processing thicker cables, the customer requested that the output particle size could be finer. The technicians adjusted the parameters on-site and explained the impact of different settings on output and sorting efficiency, rather than simply pursuing a single performance indicator.

The entire visit lasted nearly a day. Finally, both parties further discussed the equipment configuration and the customer's actual needs. The customer stated that this visit gave them a more intuitive understanding of the copper wires recycling machine and a more realistic assessment of Sure Origin Group's technical capabilities. Currently, both parties are working on the details of the next stage of cooperation.
